At REEDS we appreciate that vehicle ownership requires a lot of commitment, which is why we like to offer our customers the assurance of our COMPLETE CARE promise. This comprises coverage for all routine maintenance, regular servicing and roadside emergencies, which is handled by professional technicians and subject to timely delivery and transparent costings at all times.

The COMPLETE CARE package includes:

New Car Warranty

All new cars sold come standard with a 5-year or 120 000km warranty* (depending on which occurs first), which covers any unforeseen costs related to product-related concerns, components & labour, excluding normal wear and routine servicing. A stress-free motoring experience should be like having one’s own personal assistant a mere phone call away...

Free 24/7/365 Roadside Assistance

In the event of an unfortunate breakdown we assist and escort you and your passengers quickly and safely, as well taking are of the logistics of seeing to your vehicle. This comprehensive service* includes:

  • A dedicated helpline: 0800 422 777 (toll-free in RSA) or +27 41 403 2555 (Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland). 
  • Roadside repair (where at all possible) or towing to the closest dealership for diagnosis and repair. 
  • Roadside security if you feel unsafe. ·Safe overnight car storage. 
  • Repatriation of your vehicle to the dealership closest if a breakdown occurs >100km from your home. 
  • Accommodation & a rental car if a breakdown occurs >100km from your home. 
  • Assistance in the event of flat tyres, locked-in keys or running out of fuel. 
  • Transmissions of urgent messages to family members. 
  • Miscellaneous information services.

Owner & Servicing App

The General Motors' Owner App* allows you to access your owner's manual, schedule services, locate a dealer, mark your parking space and summon roadside assistance at the click of a button.

Service Plan

Our service plan* covers Genuine Parts, consumables and the labour of skilled technicians during your regular services for the duration or mileage or your specific plan.

General Motors Payment Plan


The GM Payment Plan* can make up to R50 000 available to you within 48h for large, unexpected auto purchases at fixed terms and subject to affordable monthly premiums.
